These terms govern your use of Cited’s website and AI Discoverability services for travel and hospitality brands.
By using cited.travel or engaging Cited’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and clients.
Cited provides AI Discoverability measurement, benchmarking, and implementation services for travel and hospitality brands. Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your order confirmation or service agreement. Cited reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an audit request. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@cited.travel.
Fees for services are as stated in your order or service agreement. Starter plan fees are billed monthly. Growth and Enterprise plan fees are billed as agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our 90-day guarantee terms. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days notice.
For Growth and Enterprise clients who follow our full implementation plan, if we do not deliver a measurable improvement in your Cited Score within 90 days, we will extend the service at no additional cost until measurable improvement is achieved. The guarantee applies only where the client has implemented the recommendations provided and maintained their service subscription throughout the period.
All Cited methodology, index data, benchmark reports, and content are owned by Cited and protected by intellectual property law. You may use reports and data provided to you for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or share Cited reports or data with third parties without written permission.
You retain ownership of your brand data and any data you provide to Cited. By using our services, you grant Cited a limited licence to use your brand data to provide and improve our services. We use aggregate, anonymised benchmark data across clients to publish the Cited Index. Individual client data is never disclosed without consent.
Cited does not take Growth or Enterprise clients from the same segment in the same market simultaneously. This exclusivity applies for the duration of your active service engagement. It does not prevent Cited from taking Starter clients or clients from other segments and markets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cited's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses. We do not guarantee specific Cited Score improvements or business outcomes beyond the 90-day guarantee terms stated above.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice (or as specified in your service agreement). Cited may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. On termination, access to your account and reports will cease. Outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
