Cited Research

Studying the relationship between traveller experience, word of mouth and AI recommendation.

Cited studies how post experience customer and market evidence reaches AI recommendation across travel.

Research assets

What Cited studies and publishes.

Cited does not treat recommendation presence as proof of quality. Research investigates where experience evidence and AI recommendation align or diverge, and what evidence patterns correspond with recommendation presence.

Research principles

What Cited will and will not claim.

We use "associated with" not "causes"
Cited investigates correlations between evidence patterns and recommendation presence. We do not claim that any specific evidence type causes a specific recommendation outcome.
We label every research asset by its status
Published, In Fieldwork, Planned, Illustrative. Cited does not present planned or illustrative work as established research.
Recommendation presence is not proof of quality
A brand appearing in AI answers may have stronger evidence structure, not necessarily a stronger product. Cited research investigates both sides of that relationship.
